They communicate with customers, e.g. by e-mail, chat or telephone, and accept enquiries, complaints or delivery requests. They set up payment systems, monitor incoming payments and arrange the transmission of ordered goods and services. In addition, they plan target group and product-specific online branding measures, organise the creation and targeted placement of advertising and evaluate the advertising success. For commercial management and control, they analyse the results of cost and performance accounting and evaluate sales figures and operational processes.
